The nearest station is BTS Nana (E3), about a 2-minute walk via Exit 1.

On foot, use Exit 1 (stairs), then walk into Soi Sukhumvit 7/1. With luggage, follow the signs for Exit 3 to the passenger lift, take it down to street level, and the first soi on your right is Sukhumvit 7/1.

We don't offer airport pick-up, but you'll find complete directions from both airports on our Directions page.

We don't have parking. You can use the park-and-ride at nearby MRT stations — the closest are MRT Phetchaburi and MRT Sukhumvit.

Terminal 21 is about 800 m — a 10-minute walk. Soi Cowboy is about 950 m — a 14-minute walk.

Yes — booking direct is cheaper than an OTA. Note that direct bookings are non-refundable once cancelled.

Yes, we accept PromptPay transfers.

For direct bookings you pay 100% at the time of booking — we don't take a partial deposit. For OTA bookings, the terms follow each OTA.

For direct bookings, once paid the booking cannot be cancelled. An unpaid or verbal booking is not held for you — the room is subject to availability. For OTA bookings, the terms follow each OTA.

Yes — just tell the front desk, or let us know in advance so we can prepare it quickly.

Check-in from 2:00 PM. Check-out before 12:00 noon.

Early check-in and late check-out are possible only when a room is available, and a surcharge applies. If there's a guest before or after you, or the room still needs cleaning, it may not be possible. You're always welcome to leave your bags with reception.

Yes, reception is staffed 24 hours.

A passport for every guest, or a Thai ID card for Thai nationals.

Yes, you can leave luggage before check-in and after check-out, but it must be collected the same day — no overnight storage. Bags must be locked, with no perishable or illegal items.

Yes, every room has free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning.

Yes — the lift reaches the Standard and Superior rooms without stairs. The Bunk Bed and Attic rooms require walking up one flight of stairs.

We don't offer extra beds, but we have Triple Standard rooms for 3 and Family Rooms.

To be honest, you may hear some noise from the bars in the soi. We provide earplugs on request at the front desk.

Although Soi Sukhumvit 7/1 is known for nightlife, Atlas Bangkok sits right at the very start of the soi — you pass only one bar before reaching us.

• For female guests it's quite safe (they're not the bars' target customers).
• Male guests walking past the bar at the soi entrance may be invited in — you can simply decline.

As anywhere in a big city or tourist area, take normal care: don't accept drinks from strangers, avoid risky venues, watch your belongings, and lock valuables in the safe.

We have 24-hour staff, key-card entry doors, a lock on every room, CCTV on every floor, and an in-room safe or locker.

Visitors are allowed in your room, but the total number of people — including you — must not exceed the room's maximum occupancy. For example, in a room for 2, you plus your visitor must not exceed 2.

Yes, the entire hotel is non-smoking.

No, pets are not allowed.

It depends on the room type — we have rooms for 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8 guests.

The area has many Arab and Indian restaurants, especially toward Soi Nana Nuea (Sukhumvit 3).

All within a 2-minute walk:

• Nearest exchange: Vasu, at the mouth of Soi Sukhumvit 7/1 — map
• Nearest 7-Eleven: at the mouth of Soi Sukhumvit 11 — map

Very close — about a 5-minute walk to One Pacific Place; the Swedish Embassy is on the 8th floor.

Very close — Wireless Road is by Phloen Chit station, just one BTS stop from Nana.

You can buy one at the airport, or at any 7-Eleven.

• Cheap, varied Thai food: the food court at Terminal 21 (Pier 21, 5th floor) — a 10-minute walk or one BTS stop to Asok.
• A park: Benjakitti, the nearest — great for running, with a forest-park zone; a 25-minute walk or two stops to MRT Queen Sirikit.
• Modern malls: EmDistrict (Emporium, Emsphere, EmQuartier) — lifestyle, Thai designer shops, top restaurants and stylish bars; two BTS stops to Phrom Phong.
• Souvenirs: BTS Chit Lom for Central World and Big C Ratchaprasong, and you can walk on to Pratunam's garment district.

Terminal 21 is a few minutes by BTS at Asok. Central Embassy, Central World, EmDistrict, Siam Paragon and MBK are all a short ride away.
